You can telephone my office anytime at 978-369-4337. If I am not available to take your call, leave a message with some times in which you are fairly sure you will be available to take my call and the number at which you would like me to return your call. If you are using a form of insurance accepted by me, I will generally ask you to fax me a photocopy of your child’s insurance card (front and back), along with your child’s name, social security number, and address/telephone number. I will need to call your insurance company to verify eligibility and determine your benefit. If all is okay, I will call back to set up an appointment.
